Instagram locks user's account: Instagram locked a user's account, according to a purported screenshot shared with MRC Free Speech America. The user received an error message saying, "You can't use Instagram because your account didn't follow our Community Guidelines. This decision can't be reversed either because we've already reviewed it, or because 30 days have passed since your account was disabled." The user told MRC Free Speech America he was "banned for saying retarded."
