The filter covers the photo of the sweet treats with the warning "[t]his photo may be sensitive to some people." Users must click through the sensitive content interstitial in order to view the filtered content. Not only do such filters give the impression of inappropriate content, but similar filters have also been shown to reduce user interaction with content. With the bars being keto, there is really no reason for Facebook to consider them harmful for any users.
