TikTok censors Libertarian candidate for president: Chase Oliver, the leading Libertarian candidate for president, posted a campaign video on his TikTok account that highlighted his stance on making peace a priority and bringing home our troops. While the video did include some images of tanks and seemingly injured people, none of the images in the video were bloody or violent. However, TikTok placed a sensitive content filter over the video that read "Sensitive content. Some people may find this video to be disturbing." The first button below the message was a red button on black background and read "Skip video." The next button was black on a black background and read "Watch anyway." TikTok defaults user accounts to hiding sensitive content. Facebook has found that users fail to click through similar interstitials 95% of the time.
