Tim Kilcullen is MRC Senior Fellow for Free Speech America. A former field director for the Massachusetts GOP, Tim graduated from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Tim also earned a degree in Economics & English from the University of Illinois, worked as a research assistant at State & Federal Communication, and was the 2021 Republican nominee for Virginia’s 49th Assembly District. Tim joined the MRC in 2023, and is focused on fighting against censorship and for our First Amendment liberties.

The Biden administration’s demands that private businesses silence dissent on the government’s COVID-19 policies were not limited to tech firms. Even Trader Joe’s was expected to uphold the Biden speech codes. 

COVID-19 was not the only subject the Biden administration declared verboten. The administration acted aggressively to suppress concerns related to election integrity.
