Twitter censors Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) for tweet about natural immunity: Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie shared a tweet making a point about natural immunity and vaccine mandates. He said, "Studies show those with natural immunity from a prior infection are much less likely to contract and spread COVID than those who only have vaccine induced immunity. Should employers be able to discriminate against those who don't have natural immunity even if they're vaccinated?" Twitter put its most restrictive warning label on this tweet, branding it as "Misleading," and preventing it from being liked, shared, retweeted or replied to. Quote tweets were allowed after the user clicked through another warning label. The Misleading label said, "Learn why health officials recommend a vaccine for most people," and linked to a Twitter generated page titled "COVID-19 vaccines are extremely effective at preventing serious illness and death, trials show." In addition to some unattributed highlights, the page is mostly full of tweets from what Twitter considers authoritative sources, like the CDC, Washington Post, Yale University, and WKBW 7 Eyewitness News.
