Twitter censors article explaining that number of abortions most closely linked to abortion laws passed, nothing else: Pro-life organization Pro-Life Action League shared an article from National Right To Life News regarding the trends in number of abortions, and Twitter censored it. First, the organization simply re-tweeted National Right to Life's tweet with a link to the article. The accompanying tweet said: "Every 4 years during a presidential election, it shows up like clockwork. Some concerned pro-lifer writes to NRLC that abortions go up or down, independent of which party holds the White House, or claim they go down when there are Democrat Presidents." This tweet on Pro-Life Action League's feed was not censored in any way. However, the organization then tweeted a link to the article with a quote from the article: "'The rise and fall of abortions appear to correspond most neatly with the implementation of laws limiting abortion’s performance and promotion.' #Election2020." This time, Twitter added a sensitive content filter over the article preview.
