The Post Millennial

X community adds a context note to The Post Millennial post: The Post Millennial posted, "Tucker Carlson calls out DeSantis' campaign: 'The people who represent him online are the nastiest, the stupidest, and the most zero-sum people I’ve ever seen in my life.'" The post included a video clip of Carlson on TimCast with Tim Pool saying those words, as well as accusing FL Gov. Ron DeSantis of changing his stance on Ukraine at the behest of one of his large donors, Ken Griffin. The X community added a note to the post that read: "Readers added context they thought people might want to know. While Ken Griffin supported Ron DeSantis in 2022, Ken is not a DeSantis donor for President and is sitting on the sidelines for the 2024 Presidential election cycle." The note linked to an MSNBC story confirming the facts. The label is part of X’s Community Notes system. X users are able to sign up as contributors to add context to posts. X owner Elon Musk recently shared that any post with a Community Note added to it will be demonetized. The Community Notes account on X also posted that notices will now be pushed to users who previously engaged with a post when a Community Note is added to it later.
