TikTok bans Live Action's ads: Live Action founder and president Lila Rose tweeted on August 4, "All @liveactionorg advertisements have been BANNED @tiktok_us claim our ads were 'driven by partisan political motives.'" She added, "But TikTok is the one being partisan & political — allowing pro-abort groups to run ads while penalizing pro-life groups." The purported screenshot she shared from TikTok of the ad "Rejection Reason" said, "Cause-based advertising or public service announcements from non-profit organisations or government agencies may be allowed if they are not driven by partisan political motives." A Live Action press release said that Planned Parenthood is still allowed to run ads on TikTok.
