Kyle Mann

Twitter locks the account of Kyle Mann of The Babylon Bee: Twitter recently locked the satire site The Babylon Bee for an article it posted naming transgender Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine "Man of the Year," according to it's sister site Not the Bee. Kyle Mann, editor in chief of the satire site, called out Twitter's hypocrisy of allowing Chinese government Twitter accounts to remain operational despite how it treats Uighurs. He tweeted "Maybe they'll let us back into our @TheBabylonBee Twitter account if we throw a few thousand Uighurs in a concentration camp," according to a purported screenshot posted by The Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillion. Twitter removed the tweet for allegedly "violating [its] rules against hateful conduct" which specifies that users "may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin... [or] religious affiliation," according to the purported screenshot.
