Twitter bars Ezra Levant, the founder of Canadian media outlet Rebel News, from purchasing ads for his book about the coronavirus: Ezra Levant, a Canadian media personality and founder of Rebel News, indicated in a tweet that Twitter was prohibiting him from purchasing ads. Initially, Levant posted a tweet containing an image of the cover of his book "China Virus," which he remarked had been banned from Amazon, then unbanned, banned again and then finally unbanned for the time being from the massive online marketplace. In a subsequent tweet Levant said that when he tweeted the image of his book's cover Twitter Safety then notified him he was now banned from buying ads. "Oh, and when I posted this image @TwitterSafety then said I was banned from buying ads," read Levant's tweet.
