Upon its return, the account noted: "We were originally suspended for posting a video exposing Philly Convention Center violating PA law during ballot counting." The tweet that went with the video said that "this does NOT constitute 'meaningful access' as required by Pennsylvania law." The video was still on the user's feed when the account was restored.
