Catherine Mortensen is the Senior Public Relations Manager at the MRC where she promotes the work of all MRC experts. Ms. Mortensen is a long-time DC communications strategist, having worked on Capitol Hill, the NRA, Americans for Limited Government, and the American Legislative Exchange Council. She has two bachelor's degrees from Boston University in journalism and political science. She has a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
