Although the video appears unaltered, fact-checkers Check Your Fact and Fact Check flagged it for allegedly being an altered video. "FACT CHECK: No, This Video Doesn’t Show Joe Biden And Ketanji Brown Jackson Celebrating The Ousting Of Imran Khan," the headline for Check Your Fact reads. It seems that other versions of the video were altered but the version posted by The White House was not.
