X censors user's post about Charlie Kirk's assassination: X censored a user's post, claiming it "might have sensitive content - like nudity, sexual content, violence, gore, or hateful symbols." The post was hidden behind a sensitive content filter, forcing users who have not changed their setting to click through the filter to view the post, while user's on the mobile app who have not changed their settings simply cannot view the post. The user was responding to Rep. Eric Swalwell and said "You're just one reason Charlie Kirk was executed, you vile POS spy banger. His blood is on your hands. Defend yourself." The content that was censored included a video compiling elected Democrats calling conservatives a danger to the country, an image including a list of things the Democrat party as done over the years to divide the country, a video comparing the response to Charlie Kirk's assassination to the response to George Floyd's killing, and an image of a pair of hands covered in blood that is captioned "The new symbol of the Democrat Party."
