Facebook fact checks Wall Street Journal ad: Facebook fact-checked a user for sharing an image of a Wall Street Journal ad. According to a purported screenshot, the user shared another user's post that said, "A full page ad in the Wall Street Journal paid for by Hugh Culterhouse, Jr., former owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers." The ad said, "Mr. President, Americans deserve better. Your impulsive actions, bias and indecision in your crisis in Afghanistan have caused Americans eternal shame." Facebook claimed the post included "partly false information" and applied a notice to the post. It is unclear why the post was fact-checked.
