Twitter removed a sarcastic tweet after another user took it seriously and reported the account: Sarah Beth Burwick, an attorney and writer of the Substack newsletter "Why the left is losing me," tweeted a sarcastic comment and Twitter removed the tweet under its "hateful content policy." She expressed concerns that pediatricians on Twitter were so quick to vaccinate their five to eleven year old children and "fail to acknowledge relative risk & nuance and lack basic understanding of the clinical data re Pfizer vax in children." Another user responded to her critique with the question: "Do you want there to never be any approved treatments or medications for children?" She responded sarcastically saying "[y]es, you all hit the nail on the head. I do not want any medical innovations for kids ever and I hope all kids die. You got me!" according to screenshots. Another screenshot shows that another user reported her for alleged racism and Twitter removed the aforementioned sarcastic tweet and thanked the user for reporting Burwick.
