User has been suspended before. It is unclear what he was responding to, as the tagged account now is showing zero tweets and only 9 followers despite being active since 2010. It is not an account with a blue checkmark either. The context being lost, it is also therefore unclear what the perceived violation here is. Perhaps the image of Pooh Bear shooting at a beehive was seen as a threat of violence? Yet he said "Get some" so again, it is not clearly a threat. Twitter stated that it violated their "rules against abuse and harassment." The language at the bottom of his notice says "Note that if you attempt to evade a permanent suspension by creating new accounts, we will suspend your new accounts." There is therefore some indication that this will be a permanent suspension after multiple other suspensions. While not a blue checkmark account, this account does have quite a large following for not being a verified account.
