Facebook restricts Project Veritas account after it posted screenshot of Larry Elder tweet: Larry Elder shared a Project Veritas video exposing Johnson & Johnson employees who said that children probably do not need to receive their employer's COVID-19 vaccine. His tweet included the automatic tweet created when a user shares the video from YouTube, which read "Project Veritas Johnson & Johnson 'Kids Shouldn't Get A F*cking [COVID] Vaccine'" and Elder added "#WeveGotACountryToSave." Project Veritas posted a screenshot of the tweet on Facebook with the response, "Saving the country one video at a time #Veritas." Facebook removed the post, claiming that it "[went] against [its] Community Standards on misinformation that could cause physical harm," according to an Insider Paper tweet. The platform also restricted the account for three days "because [Project Veritas] previously posted something that something that didn't follow [its] Community Standards." It is unclear exactly which previous posts caused the three day restriction. However, the organization claims Facebook recently removed a video exposing vaccine skepticism at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and restricted the account for at least 11 hours.
