X community adds a context note to Paul Ingrassia post: Political activist Paul Ingrassia posted "It’s so great that Vivek has made the wise decision to drop out and support President Trump. But he, like @NikkiHaley, was not a natural born citizen and therefore is ineligible to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. The Constitution must come first if we are going to preserve our country, and we must enforce it against both friends and enemies." The X community added a note to the post that read: "Readers added context they thought people might want to know. Both Vivek Ramaswamy and Nikki Haley were born in the United States and are therefore 'natural born citizens.' The citizenship status of their parents at the time of their birth is immaterial. law.cornell.edu/wex/natural_bo… britannica.com/biography/Vive…. biography.com/political-figu…."
