Twitter locks account of journalist who tweeted screenshot of President's "doxxing" tweet: After President Trump tweeted out the e-mail address of a NY Post columnist, Twitter required him to delete it after locking his account for "doxxing" the journalist. Journalist Olivia Nuzzi had captured a screenshot of his original tweet, and decided to tweet it out to show what the President did. Twitter locked her account and required her to delete her tweet as well because it still exposed the journalist's e-mail address. After a Twitter spokesperson confirmed to her that the President was held to this same standard over the original tweet, she took her feelings about that to Twitter. She tweeted: "Twitter’s position is that reporters sharing images of President Trump’s tweets that violate their rules is a violation of their rules itself. I think this is misguided, and the unintended effect is Twitter is protecting President Trump from himself by suppressing information."
