TikTok deleted interview with Sen. Ron Johnson talking about COVID-19 vaccine injuries: Independent Capitol Hill journalist Desiree Townsend interviewed Sen. Ron Johnson about vaccine injury data. In the video, which Townsend also posted on X, Johnson noted said that his team had found what he described as a "cover-up," noting that on March 1, 2021, Peter Marks, the head of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, was made aware that the FDA's safety surveillance algorithm for evaluating adverse events from the COVID-19 vaccines would mask the full scope of concerning vaccine injuries. "Twenty-six days later, [researchers] produced a report using a new algorithm that unmasked those signals, [it] showed 49 extreme cases of masking 25 sudden signals of very serious adverse events like sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, Bell's Palsy, different types of strokes, arrhythmias to the heart. These weren't minor and few. These were showing as a safety signal that they then ignored." TikTok removed the video due to an alleged violation of its Community Guidelines. "You received a strike on your account for violating our Community Guidelines," the platform wrote, according to a screenshot posted by Townsend.
