Nick Sortor

X community adds a context note to Nick Sortor's post: Political commentator Nick Sortor posted a clip of a crowd booing at Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson while he is on a stage in Las Vegas, holding a WWE microphone. Sortor added his commentary to the clip, saying "CROWD IN VEGAS BOOs 'THE ROCK' DEMANDING HE FOLLOW THROUGH WITH AID FOR MAUI Oprah and Dwayne @TheRock Johnson promised TENS OF MILLIONS to the victims of the Maui fires, but many victims still have not seen a dime. It looks like the audience is fully AMERICA FIRST and is demanding The Rock and Oprah follow through with their commitment to take care of the people of Lahaina. The crowd started booing and chanting 'MAUI! MAUI! MAUI!' MAKE IT HAPPEN!" The X community added a note to the post that read: "Readers added context they thought people might want to know. This footage is from the WWE Wrestlemania XL Kickoff Press conference. They are booing 'The Rock' because he's essentially playing the villain in a story for entertainment purpose. There is no connection to this video or story relating to Hawaii or Funds. cbssports.com/wwe/news/wwe-w…." The label is part of X’s Community Notes system.
