Twitter censors user for encouraging people to take niacin to help avoid COVID: A Twitter user called @NiacinIsHealth got in trouble for a tweet about niacin. The user linked to a tweet he had previously made that laid out the reasons why niacin will help prevent COVID-19 and the regimen that he suggests. He accompanied the link with a statement saying "So let's get those niacin doses into people's mouths, eh?" The tweet was labeled by Twitter as violating its "Policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19." The user had to delete the tweet in order to regain access to his account. He then served a one week account restriction where he could only browse or use DMs.
