X community adds a context note to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) post: The X account for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted "Iran says they are going to attack Israel soon and we’ve know all week. Speaker Johnson could have brought a stand alone Israel aid package to the floor this week. But instead will likely tie Israel aid to $60 billion for Ukraine next week after Israel has already been attacked by Iran to pressure members of Congress to fund Ukraine in order to fund Israel. With the question being, “you don’t want to turn your back on our friends in Israel right?” It will be just like he did with the omnibus making members of Congress vote to fund full term abortion in order to pay the military soldiers. Do not tie Ukraine to Israel." The X community added a note to the post that read: "Readers added context they thought people might want to know. Rep. Greene was one of the 14 Republicans to join Democrats in voting against a stand-alone Israel support bill back in February. businessinsider.com/which-republic…" The label is part of X’s Community Notes system.
