Twitter censors user for tweeting an article that counters a viral video with crazy COVID-19 conspiracy theory: A Twitter user attempted to share an article from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s site, Children's Health Defense, that provided a countering view to a viral video called Watch the Water, which posited a conspiracy theory that COVID-19 came from snake venom. The user tweeted a link to the article, saying ""Here's an interesting counter point to Dr. Ardis' position on the snake venom & C19 connection: Scientist James Lyons-Weiler Weighs in on Snake Venom Theory - Children's Health Defense." Twitter's AI algorithm, not understanding that the user was attempting to counter the conspiracy theory, instead locked the user's account until he deleted the tweet, citing it's policy on "spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19" despite the fact that he was attempting to provide facts to counter the "misleading and potentially harmful information" contained in the viral video.
