Based on the Constitution as interpreted by @PaulIngrassia, this disqualifies Haley from presidential or vice-presidential candidacy under the 12th Amendment.” X Community Notes imposed a fact-check label on the post, arguing, “Ambassador Haley is eligible to be President, based on the constitutional requirements laid out: ‘No Person except a natural born Citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of President…’. She was born in South Carolina, automatically making her a U.S. citizen by birth.” X owner Elon Musk shared that any post with a Community Note added to it will be demonetized.
