This is a reference to the monoclonal antibody treatments that the federal government began rationing after Horowitz's article was published. The point of his article was that more state governments as well as the federal government were blaming the unvaccinated for spreading the virus instead of promoting the use of monoclonal antibodies as an early treatment to save people's lives. However, after Horowitz posted his article to his personal Facebook page, Facebook slapped a "Partly False Information" fact-check on it, linking to a Healthfeedback.com article calling his article "Misleading." According to Facebook, users fail to click through fact-check interstitials 95% of the time.
