The Babylon Bee, a conservative satirical news site, received a "fact check" by USA Today on one of its blogs. The blog wrote that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg unconstitutional, thus, blocking President Donald Trump's attempt at confirming a replacement. Seemingly oblivious to the nature of The Babylon Bee's work USA Today rated the claim "SATIRE" and stated it "has no basis in fact."
