Amber Smith, a former Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of Defense and former advisor to Donald Trump's presidential transition team, has been "banned/restricted" from freely using her Facebook account for 30-days after posting a "photo regarding Rittenhouse’s decision to sue Biden for libel." Smith took to twitter with a screenshot of what she said was the violating content. The screenshot showed a link to an NY Post article about accused killer Kyle Rittenhouse's decision to sue Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden for libel, which included the article's feature image that was a side-by-side of Rittenhouse and Biden. Smith said Facebook also threatened to suspend her account permanently. "I want a direct explanation from Facebook's Comms Director Andy Stone," Smith added at the end of her tweet calling out Facebook.
