User reports that he was suspended for 24 hours March 13-14 for a standards violation, but Twitter would not specify exactly what the issue was. User thinks he does not post. However, while he does not make original posts, he does retweet a few things, not much. He does, however, make replies to tweets all day long and is quite prolific. It is possible one of his replies crossed a line and Twitter suspended him, but they did not say specifically what the violation was. As of April 17, Shadowban.eu does not show any restrictions on his account.
