Party App Banned from Apple App Store and TikTok following Pressure Campaign from NYT Reporter: Social technology application "Vybe Together," which helps users organize and attend parties, was banned from the Apple App Store and TikTok after NYT reporter Taylor Lorenz called the company out on Twitter. "Some terrible people built a whole app for finding and promoting COVID-unsafe large, indoor house parties and they're using TikTok to market it to millions of ppl," Lorenz wrote alongside screenshots of the company's website. "We could be living, at least a little during these times with Vybe," the app’s webpage said, according to Reclaim The Net.
