Twitter censors user's tweet about liberals finally waking up: A Twitter user shared screenshots of her censorship notice. She had tweeted: "Something is seriously wrong?Where the hell have u been? Have u had your head in CNN for the last year??? We the censored and mocked as conspiracy theorist have been sounding the drum. You just haven't been listening!!Unlike ur liberal party we will [pray] for u instead of wish u death." According to the screenshot, Twitter found this violated its rules against "abuse and harassment," and locked the user's account until she deleted the tweet. However, when she shared the screenshot of the censorship notice, Twitter also placed a sensitive content filter over the image. Such filters do not allow users on the mobile app who have the sensitive filter enabled on their profile, the default setting, to view the filtered content at all. On the web version of Twitter, the users must click through the sensitive content interstitial in order to view the filtered content. Not only do such filters give the impression of inappropriate content, similar filters have been shown to reduce user interaction with content.
