Instagram deletes post from Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon, threatens to delete his account: Seth Dillon, the CEO of the Christian satirical news site The Babylon Bee received a notice from Instagram that one of his posts about "something satirical that mocked hate speech" violated the platform's rules around "hate speech or symbols." Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, not only deleted Dillon's post for the reasons which the post was satirizing, but it also threatened to delete Dillon's account if he posts something again that goes against Instagram's guidelines. Big Tech has commonly taken many posts from the satirical Babylon Bee and its employees literally, thus often censoring its content on the basis of "misinformation" and other policies.
