They tweeted "I do know there are some people with actual gender dysphoria and for whatever reason they feel they are more male or female. It's a mental disorder and they need help to work through it instead of being given HRT and mutilating their bodies." Twitter claimed this violated its "rules against hateful conduct." The user's account was locked until they deleted the tweet.
