X censors user over colloquial phrase: X (formerly Twitter) user @schuy_high or schuyler posted on August 27, “back out of twitter jail, f[*]ck you 3l0n.” The post included a screenshot showing X removed a post for allegedly “Violating our rules against violent speech. You may not share abusive content, harass someone, or encourage other people to do so.” The deleted post apparently said, “@BreakingNews cut yourself some slack lmao.” It is unclear if the user was temporarily suspended, and why X claimed the post was violent speech, unless an algorithm mistakenly flagged “cut yourself.”
