Twitter suspends user for re-posting image of a female-to-male top surgery short-term result: A GETTR user shared screenshots of his censorship notice, and also wrote a blog about the incident. The user had tweeted an image of the still healing results of a "top surgery" in a female to male transition, with the person's face cropped out, that he had found online. He was reportedly in a discussion about the prevalence of autistic children presenting at gender clinics, and included the image as a reply to another user, with the comment "'health care options'" to make a point. Twitter found this to violate its rules against abuse and harassment, and suspended the user's account for an undetermined amount of time. Four months later it is still suspended.
