Twitter censors user's tweet of the censorship of an Instagram post: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of an Instagram post that got fact-checked. The Instagram post was described by the Twitter user in the tweet, saying that "the poster talked in a long form paragraph about the dangers of gun control and how all authoritarian society's have banned guns," alongside a photo of a steamroller destroying a large number of guns. The Instagram fact check over the post claims it is "Partly False," and uses a PolitiFact piece that summarizes "No direct link between 'gun control' and killings by authoritarian regimes." Twitter placed a sensitive content filter over the screenshot of the fact-checked Instagram post, forcing users to click through it in order to see the screenshot.
