Twitter locked user's account and deleted tweet after user showed online support of Kyle Rittenhouse: Eighteen-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree murder after he killed two men and injured another purportedly in self-defense during one of the 2020 Antifa riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin. A user claimed that he tweeted the words "Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong." The user's screenshot shows that Twitter determined that [the user's] account violated the Twitter Rules, so [Twitter] had temporarily limited some of [the usesr's] account features." The screenshot does not make clear why the user's account was locked or that the tweet was removed, but nearly identical tweets have been removed for allegedly violating Twitter's "rules against glorifying violence."
