Twitter flags tweet and restricts account then reverses restriction without allowing the tweet: Prof. Michael Makris, a Professor of Haemostasis and Thrombosis at The University of Sheffield, UK tweeted about the generation 2 COVID-19 vaccines. According to a screenshot, he tweeted "Also very important: New 2nd generation vaccine against #COVID19. It's called Spike Ferritin Nanoparticle (SpFN) vaccine. The aim is to act against all variants. The data from the rhesus macque monkeys is really encouraging." He linked to the study he was referencing. His screenshot shows that Twitter flagged the tweet for "[v]iolating the policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19 and restricted the user's account for 12 hours. The user appealed and, according to another screenshot, Twitter reversed its decision. However, the user claims he was still required to delete the tweet in order to retrieve access his Twitter account
