X censors user for sharing page from a complaint by the state of New Mexico against Meta Platforms: An X (formerly Twitter) user shared a screenshot of her censorship notice. She had posted "There's a reason as to why Facebook helped facilitate stealing the Presidential election." She included an image from a criminal suit against Meta that detailed, according to her, a list of Instagram accounts suspected of being used to share CSAM. X locked her account until she deleted the post. The user explained what happened, saying "Today my account was suspended due to a “CSAM violation” I posted a tweet referencing to Facebook being involved with stealling the 2020 Presidential election along with a screenshot from a public investigation conducted into META for CSAM violations. I have since deleted the tweet, because I understand how it could be triggering for survivors of CSAM. Although, I know my account was targeted for other reasons. I sympathize for the subject in the images."
