Twitter "permanently" suspends conservative political commentator Melissa Tate: Conservative political commentator Melissa Tate was "permanently" suspended from Twitter after reportedly sharing a clip of podcaster Joe Rogan's interview with cardiologist and epedemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, according to Reclaim The Net. The interview between Rogan and McCullough was removed from YouTube for allegedly violating its "Community Guidelines." Tate said in a post on Instagram: "Twitter just suspended my account with almost half a million followers with no warning for sharing a clip from the Joe Rogan podcast where he is interviewing Doctor McCullough. Twitter said this was 'harmful information' This video is a video that was trending on Twitter so I’m not the only one who shared it." She continued: "This was selective enforcement & targeting by Twitter because they have been trying to silence me for over 5 years now, having locked down & deleted a previous account I had before this one." Tate decried Twitter's actions as "Soviet style censorship."
