Twitter censors user for quoting a Washington State legislative bill: A Twitter user tweeted the following: "#conspiracy #Quarantine 'camps' coming to a the US. Proposal from Washington state 'a local health officer may issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposed of isolation or quarantine.'" He also linked to the relevant page on the Washington State legislative site that contained the proposed language. According to screenshots shared by the user, Twitter initially claimed the tweet violated "one of [its] Rules," and locked the user out of his account until he deleted the tweet. However, the user indicated that he "didn't delete anything," but rather appealed the decision. Another screenshot showed that Twitter informed the user "We've reviewed your account, and it looks like we made a mistake. Our records have been updated to indicate that there was no violation, and we apologize for causing you to delete the Tweet(s)."
