Twitter locked a purported operator of @conflicts without explanation: Podcast host Kyle Glen, who is purportedly one of the operators of the Conflict News account, said he was locked out of his Twitter account for 12 hours. Twitter claimed "[y]our account, @KyleJGlen has been locked," according to screenshots tweeted by Glen. The screenshot also showed that Twitter left the "specifically for" section of the notice totally blank, showing no reason for the account lock. However, Glen had been posting about the Russia/Ukraine conflict both on the Conflict News account and his personal Twitter account. After some backlash and an appeal, Twitter reversed its decision and attributed the issue to an "error."
