This is both a reference to the COVID-19 vaccine, and also to World Economic Forum's now infamous statement that "You will own nothing and you will be happy." The user characterized it as "a joke about the WEF in response to a @cwt_news post." Twitter claimed that it violated its "rules against abuse and harassment" and required the user to delete the tweet in order to unlock their account.
