NY Rep. Elise Stefanik's communications director suspended from Twitter in "error" platform says: The Twitter account of Karoline Leavitt, the communications director for congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY), was temporarily suspended in "error" a Twitter spokesperson said, according to CNN tech reporter Donnie O'Sullivan. "This has been reversed," the spokesperson said according to O'Sullivan, "and the account has been reinstated." Leavitt's followers also disappeared in the process and Twitter added that her "followers will take 24-48 hours to fully restore," said O'Sullivan's tweet. In a separate tweet, the notoriously liberal O'Sullivan remarked that this "Really doesn't help Big Tech's argument that they are not censors of the right when apparent errors like this happen." Stefanik is expected to soon be appointed to replace Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) as the House Republican conference chair.
