User described this video as "Joe's plan to use #WeThePeople to destroy America." There was also a link to the full video on YouTube, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qW5-srjuCbg&feature=youtu.be This video was removed by YouTube for violating the policy on harassment and bullying. Using the date that the short clip was posted to Twitter as I cannot verify when YouTube removed the full video.
