Facebook calls COVID-19 death data spam, Deletes user's comment claiming the number of COVID-19 deaths per day is declining: Facebook deleted a user's comment about how COVID-19 deaths per day seemed to be declining. Facebook stated in its notice to the user, "Your comment goes against our Community Standards on spam." The user's comment included a graph of new coronavirus deaths per day in Texas, a short commentary and a link sourcing where the graph came from. "7 day rolling average deaths per day is around 100 and continues to decline. (Source: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/texas/)," the comment said right above the image of the graph. "Facebook flags and deletes a graph and link to COVID death data as spam," the user tweeted alongside a screenshot of the notice Facebook sent them indicating the comment had been deleted.
