Instagram censors user's post: An Instagram account known as honestreporting posted a video featuring clips from the United Nations "segment in honor of International Women's Day." Honestreporting pointed out that the "two-hour segment" should have included a "mention [of] the 19 female [Israeli] hostages [held by Hamas]." The video interspersed some video clips of these women into the UN footage. Instagram applied a sensitive content filter to the post that claimed the image "may contain graphic or violent content," and required users to click in order to view the meme. Instagram's sister-site Facebook has found that users fail to click through similar interstitials 95% of the time.
