Instagram removed the image retroactively 2 months later. "Your content has been removed for going against our guidelines," the platform noted in the screenshot posted by the user. "Avoid losing access to your account, and permanent removal of your posts, followers, messages, and archive by following our Community Guidelines." The user appealed but Instagram responded saying "We've reviewed your photo again and have confirmed that it goes against our Community Guidelines."
