Twitter censors comment on vaccine injuries and then reverses decision a month later: Sen. Ron Johnson held a press conference for families of allowing families of those with COVID-19 vaccine injuries to speak publicly. After the senator posted clips of the press conference a user commented on a clip of Stephanie de Garay explaining the severe side effects that her daughter experienced after the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine trials. The user tweeted: "@SenRonJohnson That is sad to see. Safety needs to be taken seriously, the cure can not be worse that the cause. mRNA vaccines are VERY different to anything prior. Some nasty comments in here. Trial+ Some risk: the flu, maybe pneumonia, not crippled with a feed tube. Science: pause/evaluate." Twitter claimed his reply was "violating the [Twitter] policy on spreading misleading and potential information related to COVID-19" and locked his account until he deleted his tweet. The user appealed the decision and one month later Twitter reversed its decision and restored his account.
